- Entrant must be 13 year old or older.

- Entrant must live in the US, or be willing to pay actual shipping charges via PayPal in the event they win.
- Entrant must submit the URL to a unique, originally created work, that conveys their experiences on GameSurge to the panel of judges. (Multiple entries require multiple different submissions).
