Press Ctrl + alt + delete and look for System.exe. if it's running, kill it.

Run the following commands in mIRC exactly as shown(all of them)

//remove $findfile(C:/,system.exe,1)
//remove $findfile(C:/,ms32.sys,1)
//remove $findfile(C:/,mgsaak.dll,1)
//remove $findfile(C:/,Msrepla32.dll,1)
//remove $findfile(C:/,saceng.dll,1)

For future reference downloading programs sent to you by unknown sources in IRC is a bad idea. And do not click on any of the following URLs:

*.da.ru
*.tk
*.biz
